Free Sample

Since we require a minimum quantity of 20, we can provide a QR plate sample for your situation before you order. The sample ensures the best text decisions, plus shows exactly how our QR plates will work for you. We cannot afford to do this unless you are seriously considering a minimum order of Outdoor QR Labels/Plates! Please look at the “Metal QR Plates” page first so you understand what option you will need. Submit the form below to request a free sample.

Note for form below: We will need to know the web address to point the QR plate. We require you use a real example of your intended usage and plate text, so you know exactly how it looks and works! For people needing the “Unique” or “Updateable/Unique” options, you cannot use Number 4 below if using our “Unique” or “Updateable/Unique” options” because the smaller bottom text line is used for a “unique” serial number.

    Your Name (required)

    Company or Organization (required)

    Your Email (required)

Web Address QR Points To: (required)

    1. Top of Plate Text - max 20 character spaces (required)
Usually to say what the QR is for: Instructions, Parts & Manual, Campus Map, Building History, How To, More Info, Obituary, Park Challenge, etc. The shorter the bigger the text!

    2. Text Line Directly Under QR - max 20 character spaces (required)
Good place to put company/organizational name or homepage address if short. We can go a little over 20 characters but will be small. Best to abbreviate company/organizational name to keep under 20 character spaces. If homepage web address, leave off https://www.

    3. Line 3 is used for user instructions.

    4. Bottom of Plate Text Line - optional, max 25 character spaces
Optional Bottom of Plate Text Line is for Basic and Updateable only! Not Unique or combo Updateable/Unique Option! Most will use 2. (the line directly under the QR) for company/organization name or abbreviation and use this bottom of plate text line for a homepage web address without https://www.
